- If the buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason they may, within seven days after delivery return to Afurni the item/s that they do not wish to retain and refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the items
Goods must be returned to Afurni in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the buyer and in their original packaging.
Items which are not adequately packaged when returned may not be accepted.
Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase after receipt of the goods and after we have inspected them for damage.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are found to be returned damaged.
