- Delivery
- Delivery of the products shall be made by Afurni or their agent to the address advised by the buyer at the time the order is placed or by collection from Afurni, subsequent to the buyer being advised that some or all the order is available for collection.
All deliveries will be dispatched within seven days,if an item is out of stock you will be advised of the anticipated delivery date when your order is processed.
All orders for delivery to addresses within Northern Ireland are delivered free when over the value of £1000, a charge will be levied on orders below this value
We are happy to deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland and mainland UK, the cost (if any) will be advised prior to the order being processing. - Returns
- If the buyer is dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason they may, within seven working days after delivery return to Afurni the item/s that they wish to return.
Goods must be returned to Afurni in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the buyer and in their original packaging.
Items which are not adequately packaged when returned may not be accepted.
Refunds will be made to the card used to purchase after receipt of the goods and after we have inspected them for damage.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are found to be returned damaged. - General Terms
- We deliver regularly throughout Northern Ireland and can arrange delivery to the Republic of Ireland and the UK, though you may have to wait slightly longer to receive your furniture.
If you live anywhere else in the World, we can arrange for your order to be delivered at cost, quotes are available on request.
How long will it take for my furniture to arrive?
We aim to deliver any item that is in stock within 7 days but please allow up to 30 days for items that may be out of stock
We will always contact you if your delivery is going to take longer than you were previously informed. We also undertake urgent deliveries and we are often able to deliver furniture far quicker than the times stated if required.
When do you deliver
We deliver Monday to Friday and we always try to arrange a day and time that is suitable. For deliveries to the mainland UK and Republic of Ireland , the delivery team will contact you in advance to arrange an approximate delivery time with you. It is important that there will be someone at home at the time arranged as they may not be able to wait. If redelivery is required then there may be a charge for this and it will delay your delivery.
Most deliveries in Northern Ireland are carried out by our own delivery staff and we will do everything we can to organise your delivery around your busy life.
What if the delivery date does not suit me?
If you are given a delivery time that does not suit you then we will arrange a new time that is mutually acceptable and we will do everything we can to deliver your furniture to you without delay.
- Collections
- Customers can also collect from our warehouse Monday-Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm or appointments outside these hours may be available. If you wish to collect, please confirm availability of your selection by e-mail and advise your selected collection date & time in order that we can have your selection ready for you.
